Our garments are high quality brands Aklanda, Merinomink™, Koru, MerinoSnug Noble Wilde and Possumdown®. We only stock Australian made and New Zealand made products, all made with natural fibres including merino wool, possum fur and silk.
How do your prices compare to other retailers?
We believe our prices are the best. We are consistently comparing the market for prices and very often will sell garments considerably cheaper than our retail competitors. Please feel free to call us with any pricing query, as we aim to look after our valued customers.
Can I pay online using my credit card?
Yes, you have the option of paying using a credit card. This includes Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Plus we offer Afterpay, GooglePay, ApplePay and PayPal.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, we certainly accept orders over the phone. Browse through our website to see what products we have available, then call on 0402 839 957 to place an order. You can pay using major credit cards or direct deposit and our security policy ensures all banking information is never recorded. Please contact us to place an order. Your items can be delivered by Australia Post or can be collected in store.
Can I exchange my order if I change my mind or need a new size?
Providing you return the item in it's new, unworn condition with all original labels and tags, then we are more than happy to exchange the item. Please keep your receipt and contact us in this situation. The item will need to be returned to us within 12 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of posting the item back to Danny's Knitwear, and please send a self addressed stamped envelope together with the item. We will use this self addressed stamped envelope to deliver your new garment to you.
What happens if the item is faulty?
For any faulty items, Danny's Knitwear will always refund or exchange items. Please keep your receipt and contact us in this situation to discuss. The item will need to be returned to us within 12 days of the receipt date.
What are the shipping charges?
Danny's Knitwear offers free shipping for any order over $100 within Australia, for a standard Australia Post delivery service. For Express Post deliveries within Australia and International deliveries, please refer to the Shipping charges at checkout.
How long will it take for me to receive my items?
All orders are dispatched within 5 days, but if this cannot be the case, we contact our customers immediately to confirm dispatch time frame. Orders within Australia are via standard Australia Post delivery service. International orders are via standard Air Mail and arrives at most destinations within 2-3 weeks. Feel free to contact us if you would like to request a special service.
Do you have a retail store I can visit?

Are the garments online also available in your retail store?
Our online store will sell garments that are not available in our retail store. Please call beforehand if you would like to view the garment instore before purchasing.
Is Possum fur eco-friendly?
The use of Brushtail Possum fibre in New Zealand benefits our environment by contributing to a reduction in the use of broadcast poisons; and to the effort to protect native forest and birds. Both our Australian and New Zealand brands use New Zealand possum.
